Staff Sergeant (S/SGT) Florence C. Schreiner enrolled in the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC) 17 September 1942. She was discharged from the Women's Army Corps (WAC) 3 August 1943 to accept a commission in the Regular Army. She was discharged from Fort Des Moines, Iowa 23 October 1945.
